For UK private clinicians

Leave when your patient does.

We help UK clinicians use AI safely: the prompts, the workflows, the tools, so the time after every session is yours again.

How we make it happen.

Four things clinicians are already using it for, every week.
Notes

Your notes, in minutes

The documentation that eats your evenings, done in a fraction of the time.

Cases

A tireless second opinion

Think a difficult case through with something that never tires and never rushes you.

Research

Up to speed in seconds

Get a handle on an unfamiliar presentation without leaving your chair.

Reflection

Reflective practice with teeth

Have your formulation genuinely challenged, not just nodded along with.

So what holds everyone else back? Usually one fair question: is this actually safe to use with patient information? It's the right question, because there are real risks, and they're exactly why thoughtful clinicians pause before diving in.

But they're solvable, and it isn't complicated. Get the setup right once and the worry goes for good. What's left is the part you actually wanted, and that's what we help you do.

// what we help with

Two things most clinicians need. We do both.

Getting started safely

Understanding which tools are safe for UK clinical practice, how to configure them, and what governance needs to be in place before patient data goes anywhere near an AI tool.

Using it in practice

The prompts and workflows that turn those use cases into your everyday routine, and how to get reliable, useful output instead of generic mush or an AI that just agrees with you.

// about

Hi, I'm Henry.

I built these tools to help clinicians put AI to work properly, saving time, sharpening your notes and letters, and freeing you up to focus on the clinical work. Used well, the technology is genuinely useful. Most clinicians I speak to just want a clear, compliant path through it.

I'm a clinical psychologist, HCPC registered, NHS trained. I know what counts as a clinical record, what the DPA actually requires, and which tools meet the bar under UK GDPR. I've done the reading so you can move quickly and stay on the right side of the regulators.

My mission is simple: help clinicians cut their admin by at least 50%, safely, so the time after every session is yours again.

// consulting

Want hands-on help with the setup, the workflows, and the governance in one place?

If you want someone to look at your specific setup, the contracts, the workflows, the consent forms, the team, that's consulting work.

You finish with a practice that uses AI properly: time savings that are real, documentation you can defend, and a setup that wouldn't embarrass you if the ICO asked about it.

// what this can look like

  • AI training built for clinical work, not the generic "what is ChatGPT" version
  • Prompting workshops, so your team gets useful output instead of generic mush
  • Workflow automation, replacing the slow manual jobs with something that actually saves time
  • Document and template work, SOPs and consent forms that meet UK clinical governance
  • A safe organisation-wide setup, tools and policies built around how your practice actually runs

The first conversation is free. Engagements are priced to suit independent practice, not hospital procurement.
